Before coming to Bionic, Mike spent nearly three decades working in the field of education and served in a variety of roles during that time, the last ten years of which were spent in public school administration. Prior to transitioning into administration, he was a successful educator in the area of language arts and coached a number of highly successful athletic programs in NW Indiana.

Mike is a graduate of Purdue University and has earned numerous professional distinctions and certifications in the areas of administration, education, and coaching. Mike believes there is no greater joy than having a positive impact in the lives and successes of others, but at the end of the day there is just no substitute for hard work and effort.

He enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing, as well as reading, traveling, and simply spending time with his family.
