We began in Merrillville, Indiana, and despite growing to clinics across 14 states, we still have our roots deep in our Northwest Indiana home.

We hire at our Business and Enrichment Center in Merrillville, which also holds our central fabrication and 3D printing lab, as well as at our clinics across the US.
