Katie Davidson earned her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of North Texas in 2020. She discovered the field during her undergraduate program when she was involved in a senior design project. The project involved designing and fabricating a prosthetic liner that targeted perspiration.

Katie went on to receive her master’s degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics from Alabama State University in 2024 and began her 18-month combined residency with Bionic in May 2024.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and reading.
