Pono McDowell received his C.P. certification in 1996 and earned his CPO designation in 2001. Since then, he has managed practices across a wide range of organizations, from small firms to national companies. In addition to his leadership roles, he has also owned and operated his own business. Throughout his career, Pono has maintained a strong focus on practice management and operational excellence—a commitment he continues in his current role at Bionic, which he joined in 2023.
