Chris Welch is the clinical manager of our Appleton and Green Bay, Wisconsin clinics. He graduated from the University of Hartford with his Master's in Prosthetics and Orthotics. His prosthetic and orthotics residencies were completed in Mankato, MN and Pittsburgh, PA, respectively. Chris got into this industry after exploring most medical specialties. After job shadowing a prosthetic clinic where he helped assemble a microprocessor arm, he was hooked. From then on, Chris was on his way to be a clinician. One of the most rewarding moments of Chris' career was having a patient walk for the first time post amputation.

In his spare time, Chris enjoys playing the piano, karaoke and outdoor activities, such as snowboarding and boating. He also enjoys hanging out with his wife and golden doodle.
