Andrew Sloan earned his bachleor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville in 2023. It was during this time that Drew discovered the field and developed a passion for applying his enginnering background to help others achieve their goals. This led to his senior design project which involved designing 3D-printable devices that could assist those with limb differences with challenging daily activities.

Drew went on to recieve his Master's in Prosthetics and Orthotics from Kennesaw State University and joined the Bionic team in June 2025 for his 18 month combined residency.

In his free time Drew loves to watch and play sports, go out on the lake, compete in trivia nights and spend time with friends and family.
