Anthony Gutierrez joined Bionic in 2015 and is committed to providing patients with prosthetic services that improve their mobility, limb health, and return to independence. He specializes in elevated vacuum prosthetic sockets to stabilize the limb and promote increased blood flow during prosthesis wear. In addition to his clinical practice, he is also involved with research on utilizing patient performance on functional tests to predict their activity level. He has presented this work at multiple national conferences and is currently collaborating with Rosalind Franklin University in North Chicago to explore this data further.

Tony lives in Crown Point and enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and all other family and friends. He enjoys golfing, hunting, and cooking during his free time.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education from IUPUI, a Masters in Biomechanics from the University of Wisconsin, and he is a graduate of the Feinberg School of Prosthetics at Northwestern University.
