Pedro was born and raised in Laredo, Tx. He attended and graduated from Martin High School in 1981 and has been working in the O & P business for 27 years. In his spare time, he enjoys family quality time. He loves to travel when there's not much to do in Laredo. He enjoys the outdoor, and cooking as well, and his all time favorite music is Country. Pedro is also a Dallas Cowboys football fan.
