Matthew Eckdahl joined Bionic in June 2024, bringing a diverse background in both mechanical design and orthotics and prosthetics. He earned his Master’s Degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN, graduating in 2023. Before transitioning into the field of orthotics and prosthetics, Matthew worked as a mechanical design engineer for two years and a CAD drafter/CNC specialist for two years.

Outside of his professional life, Matthew enjoys hiking trails, golfing, playing basketball, running, and 3D-printing. He is also an avid movie buff, with his top three favorites being Star Wars Episodes 1-6, The Lord of the Rings, and Warrior.
