Brandon Dale serves as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy at Bionic Prosthetics & Orthotics Group, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in the prosthetics and orthotics industry. With a career built on operational excellence and strategic growth, Brandon offers a deep understanding of how to scale clinical organizations while maintaining a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Prior to joining Bionic, Brandon spent a significant portion of his career at Hanger, the largest clinical organization in the industry. Over the years, he progressed through several leadership roles including Area Manager, Regional Manager, Zone Vice President, and ultimately Chief Commercial Officer. His progression through these roles provided him with a comprehensive perspective on clinical operations, enterprise growth, and large-scale organizational integration.

Brandon’s leadership philosophy aligns closely with Bionic’s mission of delivering exceptional care while building a sustainable and scalable platform for the future. He is known for his thoughtful, disciplined approach to leadership and his ability to support clinicians, empower teams, and strengthen organizational culture while driving operational performance.

In his role at Bionic, Brandon leads corporate development and strategic initiatives with a focus on identifying and executing growth opportunities, including partnerships and acquisitions that align with the organization’s long-term vision. He also plays a critical role in integrating practices in ways that preserve clinical excellence, support local leadership, and ensure a seamless experience for both patients and care teams.

With extensive experience operating at scale and a deep understanding of both the clinical and commercial dynamics of the prosthetics and orthotics industry, Brandon helps guide Bionic’s continued expansion while ensuring growth remains sustainable, aligned, and focused on delivering meaningful value to patients, clinicians, and partners.
